I'm a virtuoso acoustic Flamenco guitarist and multi-instrumentalist composer with many years experience as both a soloist and dance accompanist..... I learned my Flamenco while living in Spain and working for noted author D.E. Pohren ("Art of Flamenco") and my influences were such as Agustin Rios Amaya, Joselero, Diego and Paco del Gastor, Fernandillo de Moron, Dieguito Amaya Torres, and many other authentic Gitano artists.I've also performed in the Country, Jazz, and Blues fields, and accompanied Middle Eastern dancers. Over the years, I've either played or shared venue w/such as Rosa Montoya's Baile Flamenco, Los Flamencos de la Bodega, Cheech Marin, Robben Ford, Strictly Tango, Enrique Iglesias, Los Lobos, Mark Bittner ("Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill"), CLIO award winning writer Gary Tigerman, Sarah Elizabeth Campbell, Fiddlestix, The High Strung String Band, San Francisco jazz legends Jimmy Parker and Eddie Adams, Amandio Cabral (composer of "Sodade", sung by Cesaria Evora)and many more.
