Oscar is from the Cribbean. He Learned playing the guitar by listening and looking at his other friends on the streets. He and other friends formed a musical band called Affetuosos. He writes all of his songs from reggae to calypso to R&B.This CD PEACE ON EARTH is his first Christmas CD. Keep on checking Oscar's website for lots more comtemporary music like reggae,calypso R&B,and some Salsa.Oscar performed once in catagena -Colombia for the national festival.
