I am a Jamaican who has been living and making music in The United States for over 10 years. On October 12, 2001 I finally achieved a dream that I've had since my early teen years: make a record album.

I am very thankful to so many strangers who became believers in my talents and supporters of my commitment to attaining this goal.

This music presentation is a collection of the various music forms that are popular in Jamaica and the Caribbean: Reggae, Calypso, Soca and ska.
These are the beats that have made my youthful years in Jamaica, so pleasurable and unforgettable.
Music was everywhere, from the radio at home to the dupebox in the bars or restaurants on the street corners, the record shops with the speaker blaring out front, radio on the public transportation or the outdoor nightly "dance hall" parties that can be heard miles away. I was in music heaven. (noise
pollution does'nt exist in Jamaica.....It's all good!!)

I am a self-taught musician/entertainer who provides live entertainment for all kinds of events throughout the Chicago area and the Midwest. My instruments are two keyboards with built-in drum machines along with speakers, amplifiers, microphone and lights. My audience is always amazed that my one-man act could produce such an authentic and electrifying performance of steel drum and reggae music.

My repertoire is very comprehensive, with songs ranging from Harry Belafonte, The Mighty Sparrow, Neil Diamond, Jimmy Buffet, eddy Grant and UB40, to Jimmy Cliff, Peter Tosh and Bob Marley. These are some of the artists that have had a positive influence on me throughout the years.

I am the recipient of the 2001 and 2002 "Best Calypso/Soca Entertainer" award, given by the Annual Chicago Music Awards.

My new goals are to release a second album, expand my one-man act (making it more visually exciting), find a competent "MUSIC AGENT" and take my love for music to a wider audience.

Thanks, for supporting my music. Enjoy the cd!!!!
