Max has been playing music since 1978, when he was 15. He started out playing guitar, playing mostly rock and roll. It was not until he was older that he would find a love for different instruments and styles of music. Eventually he decided to start playing and building some of the instruments he loved to listen to and , after writing some tunes , tried his hand at recording ."Tales of the Past and Future" was the result of his efforts and many of the instruments you will hear on this CD including fiddle, mandolin, and dulcimer were built by him. All songs on this CD were written, recorded and played by Max and are really short stories of his life including songs about places, people, and dreams. He is currently writing /recording and plans to release another CD entitled "A Knights Day" some time in spring or summer of 2007. A note from me: This cd was never meant for the public.It was just something I did because I love to play.I was just going to make a handfull of CDs and give them to family and friends but they talked me into this so take it for what its worth.I would love to hear your input good or bad so let me know what you think so I can use the input towards my next CD .
