Embarking upon her sophomore project, Tonya has enlisted the help of some incredibly talented up-and-coming musicians and producers to help her take her music ministry to the masses. "Since He Came In" is a compilation of 18 songs that will take the listener on a journey from praising the Lord for who He is and what He does, to worshiping Him for his wonderful healing and restoring power. The listener will be encouraged to know that God will remain constant in His love toward you and how He wants us to receive His love, show His forgiveness to others and to continually know that what He said - He will do! He is worthy of our praise! While having opened for such stellar artists as Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Vickie Winans, Karen Clark-Sheard and Keirra "KiKi" Sheard, and sharing the stage at numerous showcases featuring national artists J. Moss, Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr Singers and Rizen, Tonya is amazed at what God has done in her ministry. Tonya is thrilled to have served as a background vocalist for the Evolution II Tour featuring Byron Cage, Percy Bady, Tonex, Lisa McClendon, Virtue, Debra Killings and Corey Red and Precise. She also had one of the songs from her debut release "Life In Him" selected to be on the Gospel Heritage Today Presents: Praise & Worship Live recording in 2003 that was performed by gospel phenom - Tonex!! The song "To Know You Lord" was then selected to be released on Tonex's smash CD - "Out da Box" wherein he received numerous Stellar Awards and Grammy nominations! Tonya is excited about working with new producers on her upcoming project. But she is mindful that it's only been by God's grace and favor that she has been able to do all that she has done. "I truly give God the glory for all He has done and I am grateful that He would even use me. It's far more than I have imagined or expected.
