henry williamson was born in brooklyn ny. became a avid song writer at the age of 14 years old. started to sing song on the radio and performing at local talent shows. he started his recording career in 1974 at omega sounds studio in philadelphia. later having gained professional experience he producded his first new york recording "every time i turn around" this current album "i decree r&b" is proof of what real genius is all about. the music is a soulful labor of love and the beats and rhythms are out of sight. see if you don't agreee with dr. moses sturdivant when he excitedly proclaimed "my heart was mesmerized.
