SET APART SISTERS: NATASHIA, PHEBE, AND ACONIA are the components that make up the harmonious trio. The Lord gave the name to us which best describes who we are, our singing, but more importantly our LIFESTYLE. We have dedicated our lives to do God's will; which we feel is reaching the lost souls through our original contemporary/jazz/gospel music. Each being born with the gifts/talents to sing, write, and compose music, we have been singing together exclusively as a group since 1999. in that short span of time God has blessed us to share the stage with several great gospel recording artist such as Trinitee 5:7, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Tremaine Hawkins, Kim Burrell, Marvin Sapp, and Mary Mary. In addition, God allowed us to accomplish the goal of solely completing a debut/promotional CD entitled "Different From The Rest" (December 2000)and also our new CD entitled "UnTraveled Road (March 2005) We were privileged to share these experiences with our father, Pastor Steven K. Stafford, who was also our guitarist and has been very instrumental in steering us along the path that God has made for us. We plan as a group to walk through all the doors God has opened and to complete the plan predestined for us. we are prepared for the road that God has paved for us. Ground and rooted in the church all of our lives, we know that we were not given the gifts of composing music, writing lyrics, and singing without purposes or cause. We are the product of third generation worth of a musically inclined family and are aware of the responsibilities and temptations that are a part of the music industry. However, SET APART's number one goal is to spread the gospel of JESUS CHRIST to the world. To be a positive example for all, whether young or old, Christian or Sinner.
