Calvin "Cool" Thomas, Robert "Bo" Day, and McKay "K-Run" Milam are the voices of 3-2-Da-Lef. As writers they collaborate to create a certain melodic, lyrical magic. As performers they present soulful vocal acrobatics pure and honest. Cool, Bo and K-Run met as background singers with funkmasters, The Barkays. And while they enjoyed touring nationally and internationally delivering the high-powered funk for which the Barkays are known, they knew they had to step out of the box to create their own notoriety. 3-2-Da-Lef -- How good are they? On their own and without an album, 3-2-Da-Lef has shared concert stages with the likes of David Hollister, Destiny's Child, Genuine, Silk, Shaunice, Krazy Bone, Jagged Edge, Chante Moore and Kenny Latimore. At each concert 3-2-Da-Lef captured the crowds with talent, sensuality, and a passion to entertain. The 1999 release of the album titled "Love Me or Hate Me", in spite of limited promotion, encouraged 3-2-Da-Lef to do it again -- this time under a new independent label, CCBoK Records. This new album simply titled "3-2-Da-Lef" contains five very powerful tracks: Track 1: "BE GONE", HE tells HER "enough is enough", to a movin' Funk and Latin beat". Track 2: "THE VOW", HE has found his SOUL MATE and makes that solemn vow. This may well be THE next wedding ballad. Track 3: "5 IN DA MOANIN", is an introspective look at HIM and his SOUL MATE a few years after the solemn vow. Track 4: "IS SHE MINE", is the question HE asks the one he told to "Be Gone" a few years back. Track 5: "KEEP YOUR HEAD UP" a special message to deal with all the madness delivered with R&B, hip hop and rap. Peep this! From old school (harmonious R&B) to new school (Hip Hop & Rap) 3-2-Da-Lef has covered the musical preference of all students. Check out the artist's website: http://ccbok.com Track List: 1.
