Tony Pulizzi is currently one of the busiest, sought after guitar players/vocalists on the talent-packed Cleveland, Ohio music scene. Like many artists, Pulizzi needs a variety of contexts to express the full range of his musical vision. Pulizzi has gained great notoriety and acclaim as guitarist on the jazz/ R & B/ gospel scene but you can still catch him playing a progressive rock gig with his own band Heritage Drive at the Hard Rock Cafe or a solo jazz guitar performance at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Pulizzi has shared the stage with the likes of R & B great Angela Bofill, Testament guitarist Alex Skolnick, R & B singer Vesta Williams, Little Anthony & The Imperials, and Tower of Power keyboardist Roger Smith just to name a few. To date, Tony has released four self-titled albums, the first, an original jazz- progressive rock project, “Looking Back†with his band, Heritage Drive, a smooth jazz Christmas album, “Your Christmas List†with saxophonist, Eddie Baccus Jr., a solo guitar album called “Pleasantview Place†and most recently an original jazz trio CD called “The Blue Wrinkleâ€.
