"Hip-hop has not gone under. Bubbling up through the brackish waters of wack like a rap tsunami is the NorthEastShore." - (Tim Brodhagen, Editor-at-large, FRIDGE, NYC)

A four headed musical beast, the NorthEastShore are at the forefront of a submerged genre of hip-hop, where true organic musicianship and futuristic beatmaking collide.

Hailing from Stamford, CT, NorthEastShore "...tastes like a blunt of the Roots, Wu, Bad Brains and Bob Marley smoked to the neck. One pull and hip-hop has new meaning."

NorthEastShore is: international mutt spazz music champion and lyrical phantom smasher Java, stilted style killer and vocal stimulation master ll-on, trap set king G-Fast, and demented string slayer Ethos.

This core group is constantly augmented through collaborations with an acoustic jazz bassist, renowned hip-hop DJs, world music percussionists and anyone else brave enough to push the musical envelope.
