Frank Morrison-Henderson The Man. The Ministry. The Music. Frank's music embodies messages of hope and healing, motivation and inspiration. With lyrics based on the Word of God, Frank's songs are intensely uplifting and empowering. Frank's charismatic way and laid back approach is not indicative of most ministers - but that is exactly the "norm" that Frank intends to shatter. Originally from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Frank's fatherless childhood is wrought with painful memories. He spent his youth living in the "wrong neighborhood", hangin' with the wrong people and doing wrong things. Once he was delivered and made whole, he found ways to stay "in the spirit" which included singing in the Jammin For Jesus Choir at Morning Star Church of Christ. Frank fiercely honed his musical talent and used it as a catalyst to change his circumstances and transform his life. Later, Frank attended CIMD Bible School in Texas, went on to become a praise and worship leader and continued to refine his incredible gift of song before returning back to North Carolina to begin his own ministry. A ministry that gave birth to his record label. Henderson remarks, "Music is a language unto itself. No other medium can seamlessly bring cohesion between dissimilar people. We are all God's creation. Our hearts speak the same language, where our tongues may be different" . Frank's music is powerful and moving. Contemporary sounds of R&B, "urbanized" jazz and full-bodied messages of hope and determination are poignant examples of the fullness of God that lives within each of us. To Frank, ministry is the essence of his life. It is his quintessential calling that brings out the greatness in each of us. Frank uses music ministry to enlighten people and uses practical messages in due season to uplift them. Frank doesn't believe in ritualistic church ceremonies and religion drenched in legalism. Frank believes in feeding the spirit and the soul.
