Bilaal A. Muhammad, a native of Philadelphia, currently lives in St. Marys, GA and a writer and performance poet. He is the owner of Hood Game Publishing a graphic and imprinting business that creat logs, Cd/DVD covers and much printing jobs. He is currently employed by the City of St. Marys as a police officer. Echoes of a Torn Soul is Bilaal's debut album which addresses the area of heart felt loses. The title piece "Echoes of a Torn soul" is about being involved in a relationship then coming across someone that attracts you to the point that you can do nothing but think about your new interest. You than find yourself in a compromising position and you have to make the right decision. Andre(Unable to Remember Yesterday) is about a man not being afraid to express his love to another man. In today's society that is still taboo. Terror Threat is an anthem for the twenty six mothers that lost a child to the streets of Philadelphia during the 2003 - 2004 school year. Where is Home is a dedication to all the homeless families. On the Move was written and dedicated to my mother Ruby Bryan who I lost to cancer in 2004.
