ART COMPOST & THE WORDS MECHANICS is an avant-garde creative ensemble composed of a revolving roster of musicians and poets. On stage they present innovative, interactive performances, inviting local poets and musicians to join in their improvisational jam of poetry, vocal word-play, music and song. LOVE DEATH & POETRY, their premiere CD, features Denver's best known performance poet, SETH, and includes Andrea Gibson, Denver's ranking slam-poet champion. Musicians include Bob Peek (guitar), Edward Marshall (bass), Scott Seeber (drums), Ivan Huber (guitar), Zachary Gotlin (keyboards) & Andy O'Leary (bass).
