This kick-ass three piece Chicago band features Jeff Schuch (guitar) and Dan Curry (drums), former members of the infamous Victory Records band "Hi-Fi and the Roadburners". Many reviews compare American Dream's sound to that of The Ramones, but they draw from many influences, resulting in a 'Loud rocky punk sound, kinda poppy - kinda snotty! (Maximum Rock-n-Roll). "Punk Will Rise Again" is very stripped down punk rock which differs from the band's debut release 'Shit's and Giggles', which showed off more of Jeff's potent guitar attack.
