This album, released in 2003, is Aaron Kammerer's first foray back into music after a 5-year hiatus where he spent his time traveling the country (and sometimes beyond) working on various IT systems projects. After those 5 years, his quarterlife crisis demanded that he take a break from consulting and rediscover music. Encyclomedica features several songs written in 2002, and a couple first written in the mid '90s that had grown over the preceding 8 years into more polished tunes.
