Bird song chirp tucked into splintered live drum shards, Ear Drung is the the illegitimate child of early PiL aesthetic, Skratch Pikl-like turntable free-jazz and Prefuse73 sound abuse. Shaped by live sets with Deerhoof, Atmosphere, Buck65, Blackalicous, Ernesto Diaz-Infante and Soul-Junk, Bizzart has taken his art to new communicative space. The music and lyrics are defiantly complimentary: voice buried under synth-bleep and static wail or the seven minute book ends of instrumental sounds that cover overlapping double time verses.

Unlike scattershot contemporaries Bizzart and producer Accident come with full vision and aim. Claustrophobic with sound, Ear Drung is a 6 year labor of love with complete disregard for current style and trend. The music spills over in an organic assemblage of raw sound: electric guitars, saxophones and acoustic pianos jar equally with Bizzart's vocal ebb. Here he begins to bury his ax deep in the heart of the modern M.C., speaking in self-examinations, disappointments and early David Byrne-like haphazard poetry. As XLR8R magazine noted: "Bizzart's style is difficult to describe and impossible to pigeonhole."

Also contributing to the din are label-mates and avant-garders Soul-Junk and Create (!) in addition to DJ ESP (Awol One and 2Mex), Zane (Tunnel Rats), Freedom80 and others. Artwork by mobile museum curator and artist Jonathan Dueck.
