The band was originally established in Titusville, PA in 1994 by founding members Jim Holmes and Jeremy Reed. Holmes and Reed kickstarted YEAH with a plethora of musical ideas and enthusiasm. This band has been through many personnel changes as well as transitional periods over the years. Even through the changes the mission statement was still intact and enforced. YEAH's original mission statement was to produce originals that not only reflected the trials and tribulations of the members of the band but also those of whom had been an intricate part of their lives. Through the live performances and practice sessions the band has created a sound of their very own known as the POWER GROOVE. Eventually the band was able to attain a long-time goal by amassing enough material to compose a full-length album. The project "Storyteller" is a compliment to nothing more than the hard work and dedication poured into it. Furthermore, this project would not have been possible without the efforts of Dave McCann, Dan Shirey and Tim Weaver. Dave McCann, a longtime bandmate and most importantly personal friend, contributed all lead vocals on the album. Dave has since gone on to further his skills as a working musician in other ventures. Good Luck, Dave and thanks alot! Dan Shirey, the man behind the plan, not only engineered and co-produced "Storyteller" with Holmes but appeared on several tracks with guitar leads. Last, but certainly not least, stands Tim Weaver. Tim was gracious enough to provide a few harmonica tracks to give the tunes some much needed spirit. THANKS ALOT FELLAS, FOR EVERYTHING!
