TFF (The Final Farewell) is a moody 90s indie rock band, with layers of distorted guitar work, catchy bass lines, and angst filled lyrics. TFF was started in Boston, Massachusetts by frontman Joe Alicea. After having to suddenly move to Wisconsin, Joe continued with the band on his own. Spending hours a day writing music, he finaly chose 11 tracks to be on TFF's first CD, 'Farewell Wonderful World'. And although Joe did all the writing/recording for the CD, he kept the name TFF (The Final Farewell) instead of becomming a solo artist. 'Farewell Wonderful World' is an extremely emotional CD. Joe's angst filled lyrics about his views on life, loss, and suicide, back up his intense guitar work, and poppy bass lines. He tried to make this first album a piece of art, giving it no limits musically and lyrically. Every song seemed a little different, from the metal infused goth rock 'Deep In' to the poppy love song 'Don't Forget', and the heavy, guitar based 'I Don't Want To Die Alone'. TFF truly showed all their potential as musicians with their debut album 'Farewell Wonderful World'. And as only young teenagers, they can only become better and better.
