Manjet is actually a night chariot that the Egyptian sun God Ra rides in at night to fight off evil forces in the 12 hours of night. So considering that most Bands play at night and just to get the gig going you have to battle the forces of music nature to make things come alive we felt Manjet was a pretty good space to begin from with this Band. We experiment alot and find alot of different directions but usually always to a good solid Rock beat. We are a Man Jet so to sing. Light up the after burners, shift into sky drive and fly. Excuse us as we are constantly kissing the sky! Look more and more excitment with every album and song from Manjet. The Band began in the late 90's with a number of jam sessions of musicians just getting together on saturday night. This casual freedom lead to an entire band concept and genre category. There was no strict planning but rather a development of musical course though natural Karma. Behind the music you will find some pretty positive messages in the music that might even place Manjet into an inspiration Rock genre.
