What do you get when you put Blondie, a little Clash and Pistols, a pinch of Bush and a dash of Gwen into an El Nino blender, add single malt scotch, turn it on "11" and record the results? Bursting from the confines of pop music comes "six ways from Sunday", the second release from Bimbo Du Jour. Eight crafted songs with the power to test the limits of your stereo and the lyrics to reflect your innermost thoughts and desires in this time of our lives.

Bimbo Du Jour caught the eye and ear of EMI-Capitol Records who licensed BDJ's version of Springsteen's "No Surrender" (track 3). The cut appears on the Springsteen Tribute album single featuring the Smithereens and was realeased in January '98

"six ways from Sunday" is the second release from BDJ and has received airplay across the country. The band is currently in Los Angeles recording their 3rd CD which is scheduled to be released in January. In the meantime, check out "six ways", e-mail the band and try to get in touch with your inner bimbo ---------------
