Robbo had been sleepless in Fresno (the one starring Meg Ryan's sister and Jason Connery) for two weeks when he made the perilous drive to San Jose that bright and gooey Saturday in July. Juanus was kickin' it in the lounge at T. Justice Studios strumming an acoustic guitar, waiting for the newly-shorn El Robbo to arrive (it was a hair cut, not a "Brazilian", or at least that was his story). Somewhere in the background, T was warming up the ADAT's, (T is always warming up something!). A jam was in the offing, and you could almost taste the anticipation. (It tasted kind of like chicken.)

Delivered from that genesis, a collection of eclectic tunes emerged. "5,000 on the Newcomers" has been called "remarkable", "thrilling", "a must-hear thrill ride of epic proportions", "I liked it better than Cats!", and some other comments we are not at liberty to expose due to national security concerns and lack of a good thesaurus.

So have fun checking us out. We're curvy, sultry and most of all, easy.
