We are not a funk band. We are a state of mind, a kind of music that, much like a fungus, will grow on you. Get it? We are all about the spirit of music, the atmosphere and reactions it creates, the energy, the movement, the feeling, the flavor, the love. All of these things are a result of years of experimentation and research that has been named "flavor rock" by a local Orlando publication. We are a collaboration of some of Orlando's finest musicians in search of something new, something different, something fun. Kind, flavorful, commercially challenged grooves... We are funkUs.
