The Autumn Project has been together for four years now, two of which the band solely recorded demo material and created a musical direction to follow. That direction consists of creating dynamic, accessible and challenging instrumental music. During the last two years of playing live the band has released two records and been on several tours. The Project's mantra consists of this: "We get tired of hearing every singer slam us in the face with his/her views, opinions and problems. We want to make music for people to create their own narrative, to create their own space and images." The Project's first record "Fable" is a self produced experiment in abstractly conformed sound. "Fable" was reissued in 2005 by Imagine It Records. Taking the standard template of rock / pop material and creating a unique and challenging listening experience, "Fable" is available on Imagine It Records website. T.A.P.'s latest effort "La Luna de Negra" is a dark, dynamic and sometimes brutal 6 track, 66 minute record. Watch for the upcoming 3rd studio release from TAP, "A Burning Light" on Deepsend Records, summer of '06.
