In order to create the music we do, we draw on a wide range of influences. Metal has coursed through our veins for many years, but we have developed a taste for alternative rock, Eastern Indian, orchestral, noise, and jazz fusion. All of these influences and more are combined and filtered to create our sound.
Reveling in the freedom the lack of a singer brings, we allow each song to conduct itself, in a way. We feel that a :53 song can have just as much impact as a 7:25 song, if those times are chosen to fit the song and all pertinent ideas are presented. We enjoy creating atmospheres and moods, and then directly opposing them, sometimes within the same song.
The grand idea is to make music for a musicians sake. We don't have an image we are trying to adhere to and we don't have an easily classifiable sound. But, to us, that has what has made all the great bands great.
