Few artists still remind us what it is to have passion for the art they produce. How ever, The Yards began erasing the lines that have neatly drawn around everything to create, to define and to separate the music that brings us back to a place that is rarely visited anymore. Driven by the common desire to express art, five uniquely gifted musicians have come together to form the ensemble cast of talents that is known as The Yards. The Yards' style and sound is sometimes gritty, unrefined, and raw; while the emotions are primal yet far from primitve. Without confines or restrictions, The Yards have managed to create music that transcends the definitive outlines that restrain and inhibit most mainstream musicians today. Front man Camden Leeds brings out the dynamic in the music and will reacquaint you with the young David Bowie's unabashed talent and charisma. While the rest of The Yards bring out the blatant disregard for pretense and standards that have resurfaced in bands like The Strokes and The White Stripes.
