Robert Jackson is an ASCAP award winning singer and songwriter. Personal Jesus was produced by two major label producers and features members of Suzanne Vega's band on select tracks. Personal Jesus the title track received radio airplay on over 15 US commercial stations and the CD charted in CMJ magazine for USA top 30 college radio airplay and charted on European top 50 commercial radio. The video for Personal Jesus was syndicated nationally in the USA on UPN Paramount, Comcast and America One Networks and seen on such shows as Top 40 videos as well as being aired on Australian TV. Jackson's music has been called left of center mainstream rock with some hard rock and alternative influences as well as AOR(album oriented rock) and AAA rock(album adult alternative). Jackson likes to tell a story in his music and songwriting comes first to him, and a lot of his lyrics are socially and politically relevant. Jackson endorses Aria Pro 2 bass guitars.
