Based in NYC, KRISSTEEN is an eclectic alternative band along the lines of Smashing Pumpkins. Their material goes from mellow & melodic to angry & self-destructive. KRISSTEEN currently has two full length discs available on Poptown Records, their self-titled debut and the rockin' follow-up entitled "Purified By Pain". Both albums have received acclaim in the indie press and the band continues to get praise for their high energy live performances. Krissteen is also featured on Delinquent Records compilation "The Pink & the Black" a double disc goth & glam set.
