Features the hit punk single "I Can't Think About You" Released 2-15-05: The Way It Could Be, the third solo album from King of Swords, which follows Foil The Pundits and I Eat Rock For Breakfast, both albums coming soon also to cdbaby. Mostly uptempo hard rock with catchy singable hooks, lots of guitars, and big vocal arrangements. Also includes the blues-funky "The Situation" and the very unorthodox triphop "Brethren". Bookended by instrumentals (last one is grand piano title track recorded at NRG) this arrangement of songs tells an overall story, and plays out somewhat like a rock opera. I am a one-man act out of a private studio in my native home of San Francisco. I started piano at age four and today play a wide range of instruments. All songs are completely written, sung, performed, engineered and mixed by yours truly except track 7 which also features a guitar solo by Freddy Clarke (www.freddyclarke.com). Lyrics included.
