Last Call is a collection of rarities, out-takes, live performances and fan favorites collected to celebrate the life and music of Bianca Butthole, Betty Blowtorch's lead singer who was killed in a New Orleans car crash in December 2001. This release includes tracks from the out of print (and widely sought by fans) EP Get Off, produced by ex-Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan, as well as some acoustic performances from the days when Bianca (as well as guitarists Blare N.
