When Jack Endino (producer of Nirvana, Soundgarden, etc.) sat down to master this album for us, he called our music "grunge," so I guess that's what we are. Fuck it, why not? We are from Seattle.... Trepan is a four piece band with male vocals, drawing comparisons to Queens of the Stoneage and the Rye Coalition. Laid down on top of music that makes drivers go faster, Kevin's vocals conjure up images of expensive things being pulverized - not skinny boys whining. We do have heart too, though, you know; we've done benefit shows for homeless youth and K-Records. With our attention-demanding stage presence and solid live performances, we are charming audiences and winning over new fans with each and every appearance.
