The Third LP "Solar Plexus" was released on Feb 16th 2004. The CD has 10 powerhouse Anatomical songs on it. Initially it was thought that it would take a while to match The Destructors of Nothing(the 2nd LP), however one year later Solar Plexus takes the cake. It is a very eclectic album. Pure pop punk shines through in the melodic tracks Every Word and Bye Bi Stalker. However as a whole the album is very heavy in comparison to the previous two. The alternative Anatomical sound returns in the track Unaware. The band's favorite songs Two and Two, Pessimist Song, Juiced, and Start Over are devastating tracks which demonstrate raw power. As usual there is that one song that doesn't fit the rock sound titled Lonely You Without Me, a beautiful acoustic ballad. Ten riveting tracks come together to form Anatomy's crowning achievement, Solar Plexus.
