ACOUSTIC ANGEL, ANNA NEALE, RELEASES HER SECOND ALBUM "ALL THE LITTLE THINGS"
Anna Neale's second album, "All The Little Things" (Half Full Glass Records), smoothly melts trip-hop with acoustic rock and soul for what is going to be an end of summer classic. Combine this with Anna's naked, emotionally charged vocals laying bare personal themes around real life experiences and the result is a blend of intensity and playfulness that will draw the listener in time and time again.
Anna's familiar trademarks - her wicked sense of fun and soul diva simplicity - shine through and in particular on the acoustic driven "What You Do To Me", the dark chilled out funk of "Nothing More To Say (Hold On)" and the cynical "Overrated". Even then Anna seems equally at ease contrasting this with the painful honesty and dark reflective nature of "Just The Start" and the chill out broodings of the title track "All The Little Things". The album also sees Anna adding further elements to her sound with jazz influences complementing "Haunted" and strings helping to create a calming backdrop to "I'm Waiting", "Tuesday Afternoon", "Otherside Of The River" and the vulnerably submissive love song "Everywhere". There is even a rock guitar solo on "It Should Have Been You".
There is no doubt that Anna Neale has an extremely powerful and original voice. Discover this album and you will discover that "All The Little Things" has provided her with the songs to match.
Anna Neale's fresh spin on acoustic rock combined with her soulful, gutsy vocals has already attracted the attention of an increasing number of fans with her live, TV and radio performances. The album will be supported by a full UK tour including a total of five live appearances at this years Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

"The album is a triumph. A beautifully crafted piece of acoustic soul which showcases her distinctively powerful voice and draws on her mastery or rock, trip hop, blues and folk."
