Based out of Starkville, MS (Miss. State University), The Puerto Rican Rum Drunks began performing together in 1996. Their first release, "Chameleon" (Hep-Tone Fidelity Records 2000), sold over 2,000 copies independently. Now a sextet, The Rum Drunks enjoy performing lyrically sound and intelligently written pop/college rock and have won a loyal following over the past several years across the Southeastern U.S. The Rum Drunks are currently supporting their recent release "Jelly for the Masses" (Self Reliance Records, Nashville TN).
