Originally for med in 1998 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They spent 2000/2001 writing, regrouping and reinventing their band. A tightly knit, hard hitting four piece reminiscent of The Jesus Lizard, Barkmarket, Shellac on the rhythm section, with Radiohead, The Cure, and Sigur Ros on the melodic end. They're just as proficient writing hauntingly memorable songs as they are well crafted artistic instrumentals. Their self titled EP released independently in Feb. 2002 was recorded with Jay Bennet (of Wilco) live, in one room, on a Saturday evening, then mixed the following day, in an effort to capture the energy of their live sound.
