Oracle began in 2003 with Scott Boss, his guitar, and a four track recorder. Oracle played it's first show the same year at a battle of the bands in Tennessee. Things were rocky at first due to lack of practice. But there was never a doubt in the song writing quality.
In late 2003 Oracle was able to put together demos to begin recording it's first album "The beginning"

The idea of Oracle began with the idea of mixing heavy guitars with lots of melody constructed on lyrics of hope, love, and the struggles of life.

Oracle's founding member Scott began playing guitar when he was 16. He is completely self taught and has now been playing for over 5 years. His influences range from Zao to Jimmy eat world, Coldplay to killswitch engage. Mixing them all into one massive rock conglomeration. Multi layered guitars are the key to Oracle, at times bringing up to 4 separate guitar parts into one section of song it becomes a guitar orchestra.
Trying to pin down the exact style of Oracle is a chore even for Scott.

This new album "A glimspe of truth" most accurately describes all that is Oracle, please take a listen and find out for yourself.
