Prescot Pleasanton was brought to fruition in the year 2000 as a matter of necessity. It's now the 21st Century and he is vigorously pursuing spiritually inspired songwriting and recording with Absolute Abandon. "Step Up", a present-day stadium anthem, was written one day inspired by a fit of frustration. He said to himself, "hey, man, C'mon and
STEP UP - STEP UP TO THE PLATE - DON'T HESITATE - THE HOUR'S GETTING LATE". Truly a work of art and if justice be served, it will be heard around the world in time. "Brothers 'n Sisters" is a love song for the world, to live in harmony, and be thankful of the air that we all breathe together. "Rose Colored Glasses" is a view of the world by the artist as how we all would love to see our environment. This includes not only aesthetic, visual sightings, but also humanitarianism and peoples' love and respect for each other.
Musically, Prescot Pleasanton jumps all over the place in terms of genre. There's something to offer the listener that will whet their palate and bring a bit of listening pleasure. Be it straight up, old fashioned, American pop music with an uplifting message, or psychedelic country soul, Pleasanton's on a roll. The Best Is Yet To Come from Prescot Pleasanton....
