My name is Mike Pool. I won't bore you with how long I've been playing guitar, or the bands I played with growing up. Suffice it to say that good old rock-n-roll is in my blood, in my soul, it's part of who I am ... and so is my music. I'm an Arizona desert rat born and bred. I've lived in other places, other states, but I ended up back here in Casa Grande, AZ. I guess because it's home, and when I'm not here, I miss it. I love writing and recording songs. I've had 3 song releases in the US and Europe prior to getting Child's play completed. Two of the songs released in Europe earned a nomination (for my brother Randy and myself) for Indie/Duo Group of the Year from the European Golden Music Awards. It was nice to be recognized for our music. The Child's Play CD is Rock the way I enjoy playing it. I hope lots of other folks like it too! It's not about the money .......... it's about the music!
