Acacia are a four-piece rock band hailing from the UK. The band was founded by the Delaney brothers in the year 2000, and have been producing their own flavour of rock music ever since. The band comprises of : Graham Delaney - Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar Gary Delaney - Bass Guitar Andrew Colley - Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals Gaz Payne - Drums, Percussion Acacia's Sound is unique; hard hitting, up-beat rock with an edge which is popular with audiences of all ages, with influences coming from a wide range of music over the past 40 years from AC/DC to U2 to Velvet Revolver. Acacia have been gigging constantly around the UK over the past three years, playing hundreds of venues. In this time they have built up an impressive live show, and are known for their energy and on stage presence. They have had many positive reviews from critics '' Rock music the way nature intended'' (Robert Collins NME). They have also generated a lot of publicity, conducted many radio interviews and built up a solid fan base. Acacia have made numerous recordings, The most recent of which is their debut album 'Slave To The Game' The band has recently returned from a successful three week tour in Texas where they performed to sell-out crowds at numerous venues.
