Lichen was established in 1981 and has been playing in the New England area ever since. This is their first complete studio CD. The band released the live album, "....Gathers No Moss" in 1987 and has finally filled their audiences request for a studio CD. Lichen has shared the stage with the Outlaws, Maria Muldaur, Brewer and Shipley, NRBQ, and was Bo Diddley's band for a night after winning local radio station Rock 101's "Bo Needs A Band" contest.
