Alex Radus has been playing guitar for 14 years. He has studied with acclaimed jazz guitarists Walt Bibinger and Geary Moore, and also from the best in fingerstyle: Pat Donahue, Mary Flower and Eddie Pennington. He has studied voice with Broadway vocal coach Deborah Maher. Alex is a published poet, and has appeared in a wide array of stage and television productions. In the past six years Alex has been involved with over 15 studio productions. Mad Faith is his first full length solo album. It was recorded in 9 days on North St. in Newark, Delaware while Alex attended music school at the University of Delaware. He was 20 at the time. The music is punchy progressive pop, laying down a backdrop to show off the lyrics and voice, a voice that has been compared to Jeff Buckley many times. Now Alex tours exclusively with Duende, the Fusion Folk duo he poineered with Maria Woodford.
