Vesica Pisces released their first CD in October of 1998. They performed to a full house at their CD release party at the Whisky A Go-Go in Hollywood, CA. In January of 1999, it was off to MIDEM in Cannes, France, bringing their music to the European market. Since then it's been non-stop shows around the world, performing at the House of Blues in Chicago (with Los Lobos), the Shim Sham Club in New Orleans, The NAMM show 2000 (Los Angeles), House of Blues, Las Vegas (EAT'M conference), the San Diego Marathon and two tours of the Balkans (Hungary, Bosnia, Macedonia and Kosovo) performing at U.S. and Nato bases in the area. And, of course, clubs in their home town of Los Angeles: The Whisky, The Mint, The Roxy, The Gig, B.B. Kings, and The Key Club. Finishing off the year, in November Vesica Pisces won the award for best Adult Contemporary Artists at the 10th annual Los Angeles Music Awards.
