Anyone who says that no solid music ever came from the suburbs must have missed the last Rockford show. Since the creation of Rockford in December of 2002, these four guys hailing from the western suburbs of Minneapolis have been amazing crowds and silencing critics with their unique blend of Alternative Rock, Funk, Pop, Acoustic, and Latin music. With a powerhouse rhythm section comprised of Ben Johnson on bass and Nate Babbs on drums, soaring lead guitar played by Nick Vanderheyden, and powerful and emotional vocals belted out by Brady Lillie, Rockford is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Characterized by layered melodies, funky grooves and catchy melodic vocals, Rockford has been building their name playing such local venues as the Quest, the Urban Wildlife Club, the 4th Street Station and Mario's Keller Bar.
