October 2004

Based out of the New York City area, clueLess is an acoustic trio (currently touring as a duo) made up of lifelong professional musicians. Their sound is acoustic, middle-eastern, celtic, folk, funk, pop, rock with the mood and subject matter as varied as the band's description.

Relying on the strength of their DIY work ethic, Nelson and Josep Pla established their own state of the art recording studio known as Sessions at Pla, or S@P for short. There, they enlisted the service of several guest musicians and producers to record the debut EP, The Best of clueLess: Volume I, slated to be released on October 26, 2004 by their start-up label One of Seven Records (with Volume II to follow suit in May 2005).

For the past several months, clueLess has toured throughout the Northeast and Midwest, selling Advance Album Samplers of the upcoming EP from the stage. A more extensive tour including a stint and SXSW is set to follow in the spring.
