ALBUM DESCRIPTION: Cloud Party's 4th (and latest) album is also its most organic, awash in acoustic and electric guitars. From the straight ahead rock of "Tears" to the folkish qualities of the title track; from the thunderous Pink Floyd-esque "Thirteen Days" to the driving anger of "Entertain Me" and the hypnotic and evocative anthem "To the Ends Of Earth," this is Cloud Party at its most mature and its most eclectic. If you liked the other 3, this one takes one more step... Includes two live tracks and a quicktime video of the band live. The follow-up to the critically-acclaimed "Real." BIO: Cloud Party's singer/songwriter Jim Speese and guitarist Mark Steffy have been a team (and best friends) going on a decade now. Speese has hiked the Appalachian Trail, lived in Yellowstone National Park, played live music from NYC to San Francisco, written 2 novels and is currently working on a book about the lyrics of Roger Waters. He is also an English professor these days. Steffy loves the subtle guitar of Mark Knopfler and David Gilmour and is a fan of Hendrix. He's played guitar since he was a wee lad, and found a home with Speese's songwriting. The two often play as an acoustic duo in addition to the band gigs.
