Adore is an alternative rock band based out of Huntington Beach, California. Members of the four piece band include Grant "Sizzo" Vanderboom (vocals), Jimmy "Vayps" Galinato (guitar), Russ Fyne (bass), and Shawn Yeager (drums). Adore's energetic and dynamic style has been influenced by bands such as Filter, Deftones, A Perfect Circle, Incubus, Sevendust, Blindside, and Cold. They mix the best elements of their influences without ever sounding exactly like any of those bands. Adore has been hard at work on their second album "Children at Play" since February 2004. The 12 song album contains hard hitting anthems, musical journeys, and lyrics that tread on the edge of light and darkness. Adore performs regularly in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Previous performances have been held at the El Rey Theatre, House of Blues, Galaxy Theatre, Troubadour, and Key Club.
