thank you all sooooooooo much!!!!! we love you... love, G.E.

Post-Modern Rock erupts from the Big Island of Hawaii as Goodbye Elliott's eclectic rock mix debuts on the West Coast, leaving thousands of fans from California to Texas wanting more.

In less than six months the band's new website received over 35,000 hits and added more than 10,000 enthusiastic fans. Goodbye Elliott played 20 venues on their first mainland tour, packing out shows at notable clubs like Chain Reaction in Anaheim and the world famous Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood.

Its no wonder this band is making such a strong impact on audiences across the southwest... Goodbye Elliott has been rocking the Hawaiian Islands for five years enjoying top album sales in local music shops and Borders book stores across the Big Island.

The band appeals to a wide audience, but teens and young adults seem to connect most with Goodbye Elliott's energetic live shows and undeniably unique approach to rock.

When asked to describe their sound, the bands lead singer Jon Stimac often refers to Jimmy Eat World, The Killers, and The Cure as a few of their major influences. Most of the band's songs have an epic feel to them and are inspired by larger than life movie moments that powerfully connect the band with its audience. Goodbye Elliott's cinematic approach to songwriting is a natural fit since most of the band's members are self described movie geeks who grew up together in Kona, Hawaii endlessly watching and creating their own epic short films.

Goodbye Elliott's recent CD entitled "Goodnight to You and Not to Me" is the latest in a series of independent CDs released by the band's five members. Fourteen new tracks were recorded by the group during their 2004 visit to Amsterdam and the band even managed to record five new tracks during their fast-paced California tour earlier this year. Fans can look forward to another EP release soon with new songs from Goodbye Elliott's next tour, including Follow Them Size Fives and Melt the Wizard.

Remarkably, during the first few weeks of Goodbye Elliotts Running to California 2005 tour, the band landed a surf company clothing sponsor, a feature film promotion with a major Hollywood studio, an invitation to be featured on a network television show and an indie record deal offer. Not bad for a group of talented young guys from a small town in Hawaii whose biggest thrill on the tour was the chance to visit Disneyland. Stay tuned as Goodbye Elliott returns to the mainland this spring for their 2006 tour.

-Goodbye Elliott's latest release blends indie rock with a touch of 80's influence. Their sound is similar to Jimmy Eat World, The Cure and Dashboard Confessional.
