Adam Currie grew up listening to classic rock bands such as the Beatles and the Rolling stones. From the first time he heard I wanna hold you hand (the Beatles) he knew that music was going to be his life. When Adam first started out he and his father went down to a local studio in his home town. Adam laid a few tracks down and immediately cought the attention of the engineer who happened to also own the studio. The engineer called in Jimmy Ward, a member of Steal Heart (A very successful group in the 80's)to produce Adam and work with him and his song writing. After a year of playing bars and recording a few demos Adam was ready to put out his first cd. The cd was recorded at The Carriage House, a studio that is very well recognized and has had such artists as BB king and Johny Winter.The cd contains artists who have played with Elton John, Dave Mathews, and Jewel.These artists beleive in Adam and his music.Adam has just finished a new cd that will be released on november 26th.This cd was recorded with some of the top names in the music industry such as Ira Seagel, Seth Glassmen,Niel Posner,Andy Burton, and Frank Villardi.
