Gone Fish'n' hail from the Sapphire Coast of NSW in Australia where the fishing is great & the music is hot. Gone Fish'n' like to mix genres, eras & artists so this is where Elvis Presley meets Ian Dury, where Jim Reeves fronts the J.Geils Band, where Don Gibson listens to Bob Marley & Chuck Berry hangs out on J.J.Cales back porch. This album was recorded live in one all day session with no overdubbing, in the same way that Sam Phillips & Jack Clements & Chet Atkins used to record in the early days of R'n'R. The CD contains a selection of songs that the band play in their live shows, some originals, such as Bondi Peach & Motorboating & some great derangements of old favourites such as He'll Have to Go, Sea of Heartbreak & Something Good.
