We proudly present you 100% acoustic Rockabilly at its best! Great coarse recording!

*****

"Exactly 50 years after Elvis Presley recorded his first, non-commercial song at SUN Record Company at 706 Union Ave. in Memphis, TN, the most honest and soulful recordings can still be reached with deprived studio equipment and the warm sound of a vintage RCA ribbon microphone. In the surrounding of the busy, steamy New York, I easily found the necessary groove and mood to compose and record these unique songs. So, sit down, pump up the volume and enjoy! Cheers, Chris"

Who is Chris Helbling?

Chris Helbling lives in Zurich, Switzerland. Chris Helbling is multi-talented: He not only composed, wrote and arranged his songs, he also played all the instruments by himself: vocals, rhythm guitar, lead guitar, bass, drums, percussion.

This is his first solo album. Chris Helbling is also lead singer of the Zurich Neo-Rockabilly Band "The T-BONES" (http://www.t-bones.ch).

This great CD contains 13 previously unreleased Rockers, Stompers and Ballads. The tracks have been recorded with vintage equipment (RCA 44-A mic).
