Born in NYC. Raised in Brooklyn and Kentucky. Moved to London, England for love. Discovered singing talent by accident when shoved in front of a mic in a studio. Meets writing partner - producer Aaron Whitby - through a vampire. Protogee of Ohio Player/Parliamentarian Walter 'Junie' Morrison. As protogee, sings backgrounds on Mothership reunion album with George Clinton. Returns to New York. Forms Blackfeet Productions, writes and produces her own debut album "Home Of The Brave". Performing live- wherever, whenever.... Life is strange, sometimes ugly. You need humor to survive, you need courage and luck to get what you want and if you're out there looking for love, be prepared for a few complications. Martha writes songs that touch people's lives. All of the songs on her debut album HOME OF THE BRAVE were written and produced by Martha with longtime writing partner Aaron Whitby. Working with an amazing NY band featuring players like Alan 'AB' Burroughs (Miles Davis), Jonathan Maron (Maxwell) and others (see links page -www.martharedbone.com), Martha has earned respect from some of the finest musicians on the NYC scene. With Aaron and engineers Joe Quinde (Jay-Z) and Tom Cassel (Notorious BIG) she has created the perfect marriage of songs, beats and music to support her incredible voice - soaring, vulnerable, sexy, spirited. This girl is brave, new, strong... and free as a bird. Check it out. Check out the artist's website: http://www.martharedbone.com Track List: 1. Intro 2. Vineyard 3. Say You Love Me 4. Underdog 5.
